1.MINDFUL EATING : be aware of what goes into your body, remember you become what you eat. If strict diet is not convenient for you , just CONTROL your PORTION, PICK SMART choose food that are low in calories and don't do much damage.

2. OPTIMIZE TIME : We have 24 hours in a day try to maKe the most Out of the hours and allocate some time for the betterment of your health.

3. REST ENOUGH: try to at least get 6-8 hours rest in a day.Don't push yourself or you will end up sick/ stressed/ injured

4. EXERCISE&MOVE MORE: with the time you have allocated add some exercises as well at least 30 to 45 minutes a day, try to move more for an example use the stairs instead of the excalator today.
It avoid laziness and help you burn more calories.

5. TAKE IT EASY&FOLLOW ME: if you get off track from all the above , that's fine get back on track right after. I post load of stuff which can help you with your health , Read up.

6. CONSISTENCY&PATIENCE: lastly always remember changes don't occur over the night, believe in the journey and stay calm. YOU BECOME WHAT YOU WORK FOR.
